                                                    Proper nutrition is a foundation of good health and overall well-being


We usually eat traditionally and each of us has specific habits, tastes, and preferences. We have a physical body which needs to be looked after properly and supplied with nourishment and our constantly hungry mind that feeds on our senses - therefore to maintain psychological and physical balance, good health, youthfulness and vitality we need to nourish our bodies and mind simultaneously.
For a healthier life, we should also develop efficiency and various possibilities of the body that help us live a fuller life with better taste.

  • The problem of obesity - cell nutrition
  • Nutrition according to Ayurveda and the Cycle of Five Elements
  • Personal diet - exclusion diets, nutritional supplementation, dietary interventions
